Extreme Fairings the industry leader in aftermarket fairings designs and paints custom sportbike bodywork. All of bodywork will fit just like the original. Our products are a good alternative to OEM. The material we use is strong but flexible and durable ABS. All the holes and tabs align with the factory. Each fairing goes to a rigorous process until they are ready to ship.

We use state of the art equipment including a UV light solidification machine that dries each fairing in 5 minutes unlike the old fashion way of leaving them to dry on the shelf for a few days. This causes dirt and dust to form in the paint.

Extreme Fairings Process

Each piece is sanded and primed to remove any scuffs and even out the surface. The paint is mixed and the base and primary colors are applied. Graphics and Decals are glued on. We apply 2-3 Layers of UV clear coat. Once the fairings are completed we thoroughly check for any mistakes. Each fairing is then wrapped in protective bubble wrap to make sure your shipment arrived damage free.

The painting usually takes 5-7 days. Once your bodywork is painted we will send you pictures.
